    Kept truck for 6 days to do a roughly 10 hour job. Did not provide a loaner or rental for the time the truck was being repaired under warranty. Not good.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. Due to the many shortages Covid has thrust upon us all, no loaners were available during the time frame which your vehicle was in to have such a large operation performed. We will have more loaner capacity in the future when these shortages subside.

    Made me a key. Told them to program it to number 1 four times. Lucky me gets it programmed on number 3 after waiting an hour. Have to go back to reprogram my key again for another hour one day next week. Hopefully it will be right this time.

    Every time I get 1 thing fixed on my car, I pull away and something isn;t working. Also Chevy should not charge for updating the steering. If I said no, what would my option s be? I Have extended warranty . I asked Al to call and see if this was covered. He never gave me an answer.
