First up, when I called i was hung up "accidentally" a couple of times by the woman who answered when trying to transfer my car to services I think her name was Tammy or something like that. I had an appointment for 10:00am for a diagnostic. I went in and the woman at the desk completely ignored me, blowing her nose then went on her cell phone. I met a nice man who asked if I was being helped and walked me to service area. They told me they had call outs so itd be a bit. No big deal....until I called at 3:30pm and was told they didn't get a chance to look at my car. I expressed that I would've appreciated communication about the delay as this is my only means to get to work. I was told that my car would be looked at first thing in the morning and they'd call me to let me know about my diagnostic then, they didnt. I called at 10:30am to check the status...I got through after I called back after being hung up on AGAIN. They told me they were currently looking at it and would call me back soon. My boyfriend called at 12:00pm for an update. Services told him that the mechanic went on lunch then they "accidentally" hung up on him. A little after 1pm I heard from Leah about my car. I took my car elsewhere to get worked on. I really just expected communication and not to be lied to on multiple occasions. I expected honest updates, not them to tell me what they thought I wanted to hear. Very unprofessional experience, you might want to train everyone working with the phone how not to hang up on clients. I dont usually leave negative reviews but im not at all happy with my experience, I won't be back
