I always have a great experience at this dealership. The employees are courteous and very friendly, Especially Leah. Shes great always a pleasure. Just got to get the timing right ith the discount coupons. Always seems like I get them after I receive service and expires when need to use them. All in all great shop.

Everything was perfect; easy appointment setup online, efficient service staff check in, car returned in fine condition.

I went in for an oil change last week. The agent told me the car would be done in one hour, and she was right. There was only one problem. She said the oil change would cost $99 plus tax. When I got the bill, there was a $5.00 charge added to the bill. She said it was a miscellanieous charge that gets added to all oil changes. I told her that she should have told me that the oik change would cost $104, not $99. I thnik she is new at her job, and she did not have a response. If I had known about the misc $5 charge, I would have used one of my discount coupons. I will look for another place to get my oil changes going forward.
